tatanka = nostalgia, that's it, his work doesn't stand the test of time, plain and simple, he and the ultimate warrior would make a boring tag team, even in the early 90's tatanka's gimmick was behind the times a throughback to 70's era "injun gimmicks" the wwe still panders to the lowest common denominator w/these kind of gimmicks as well as ones that play on that denominater's lack of education and xenophobia, i'm not disputing tatanka's popularity, I'm contesting it.

I must say that I've never been a wrestling fan, but as a voting member of the Chickasaw tribe, I don't find it offensive in the slightest. Is it stereotypical? Sure, but so are "posh British" types, if you will. Look at JBL, when he goes to England, his evil Texan/Wall Street persona gets played to the hilt.
Good night, it's meant to be entertainment. It's silly fun to me, practically no matter what gimmick there is, nothing more.
