Uploaded by: BlackKrishnaverse
Video Description:
This is the opening of a clip from a speech by Judge Andrew Napolitano, a contributor to Fox News. Don't be fooled by the fact that most Fox folks are scum since the Left vs. Right crap just teaches us to stop listening to each other instead of figuring out how we're both screwed, he's also one of the biggest defenders of the constitution and rights and freedoms in the world. You can see the full speech here and another more recent brilliant speech below it:

NAPOLITANO AT REASON IN DC
Fox News legal analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano is among the fiercest defenders of individual rights. Both in his daily appearances on the country's most-watched cable news network and in a series of books (most recently, A Nation of Sheep), Napolitano consistently and defiantly argues that the only legitimate government is that which respects its citizens rights in all cases.
In late October, Napolitano gave the keynote address at the conference Reason in DC, where he delivered a spellbinding speech that blended a masterful understanding of American history with a blazing outrage at the excesses of the new security state. "Who is the greatest violator of the Constitution?" asks Napolitano. "George W. Bush has shown less fidelity to the Constitution than any president since Abraham Lincoln."

Ron Paul Excluded from Fox News Forum
Larry Fester
USA Daily
December 29, 2007
Republican fund raising frontrunner Ron Paul will be excluded from a Fox News Forum scheduled for just two days before the New Hampshire Primary.
Paul's campaign said that according to the New Hampshire State Republican Party and an Associated Press report, Republican presidential candidate and Texas Congressman Ron Paul will be excluded from an upcoming forum of Republican candidates to be broadcast by Fox News on January 6, 2008. The decision appears to have been made by Fox News.
"Given Ron Paul's support in New Hampshire and his recent historic fundraising success, it is outrageous that Dr. Paul would be excluded," said Ron Paul 2008 campaign chairman Kent Snyder. "Dr. Paul has consistently polled higher in New Hampshire than some of the other candidates who have been invited."
Snyder continued, "Paul supporters should know that we are continuing to make inquiries with Fox News as to why they have apparently excluded Dr. Paul from this event."

ENDGAME: The Movie
For the New World Order, a world government is just the beginning. Once in place they can engage their plan to exterminate 80% of the world's population, while enabling the "elites" to live forever with the aid of advanced technology. For the first time, crusading filmmaker ALEX JONES reveals their secret plan for humanity's extermination:
Operation ENDGAME.
* Watch as Jones and his team track the elusive Bilderberg Group to Ottawa and Istanbul to document their secret summits, allowing you to witness global kingpins setting the world's agenda and instigating World War III.
* Learn about the formation of the North America transportation control grid, which will end U.S. sovereignty forever.
* Discover how the practitioners of the pseudo-science eugenics have taken control of governments worldwide as a means to carry out depopulation.
* View the progress of the coming collapse of the United States and the formation of the North American Union.
Endgame is not conspiracy theory, it is documented fact in the elite's own words.

This idiot judge rails against Lincoln suspending Habeaus -- here is a clue you moron. The constitution SAYS you can suspend it you idiot in "times of rebellion"
What the futt do you think the civil war was you idiot? It was rebellion. So Lincoln had the RIGHT and DUTY to suspend it -- read the constitution.
Take Bill Gates. He made a fortune by monopolizing the computer industry. He was in charge of Microsoft spying on Apple and stealing one of their genius ideas before it was even introduced to the market (which, might I add, made Microsoft rich.)
That doesn't make him a criminal. That doesn't mean we can just blast his door down and take all of his money.
But nobody has the right to plant bombs under these people's vacation homes.
I never heard that Gates stole the idea for Windows.
Its true that the law can't make things fair - or I would have four big breasted blond women in my bed every night, competing for my attention.
In other words -- Paul claims states can have slavery, and no one can stop them.
Does the Supreme Court have the right to make selling all untested drugs illegal?
Does the Supreme Court have the right to pass laws against corporations?
The right to dismantle and choose the leadership of the teachers unions?
Do they have the right to outlaw unhealthy food?
Or infringe on the banks' rights to charge SUPER HIGH interest rates on loans?
Responding to this one: Not can have. Could have. Ron Paul's not calling for a return to slavery, so what's it matter to you MDC? So, he believes the states had the right to do those things; that's just his interpretation of the Constitution. It doesn't make him a bad candidate for president.
You act like Ron Paul is horrible because of it, but the truth is, it can't hurt anyone that he believes that way. The whole matter is in the past.
States rights was always an excuse to have and keep slavery. The real reason they wanted slavery -- greed, and all the women they could rape.
So, Ron Paul believes it could have been solved without force. That's one of the few things I disagree with Ron Paul on. (After Bleeding Kansas and Fort Sumter, it's pretty clear there was nothing anyone could have done to stop the Civil War.)
And I disagree with Ron Paul about a history book.
"If I could end the war without freeing a single slave, I would do so. If I could end the war and free all the slaves, I would do so."
His commitment was to ending the bloodshed between South and North.
Slavery is in the past -- but understanding who has rights is not. People have rights. States are constructs in your head. I'd rather have someone more intelligent about such things than Dr. Paul
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." Amendment 10
